Sourdough Pancakes, with bacon and maple syrup, jams and fruit of the day.
Chorizo and Eggs, Spanish sausage, with onions & cheese scrambled with eggs and served with tortillas and salsa.
Bagels with Cream Cheese, served with ham, jellies, and cold cereal, milk and juices.
Corned Beef Hash, Homemade hash with eggs cooked to order and fruit of the day.
LUNCH
Deli Lunch , A variety of lunch meats and cheeses served on the river. Kuskokwim dried salmon, chips, & cookies, hot water and coffee.
DINNERS
Trout Almandine , Fresh caught Dolly Varden Trout with lemon, butter, capers, with red potatoes and salad.
Harris Ranch Filet, Grilled to perfection, served with mashed potatoes, or pasta, & salad with homemade blue cheese dressing.
Thai Chicken Chicken cooked with Thai seasonings, with rice noodles, served with marinated cucumbers.
Flat Iron Fajitas, Grilled marinated flat Iron steak, served with tortillas, sour cream, cheese and a green salad with homemade vinaigrette.
